Ranked local-business leads for Austin SEO agencies
Tanta Pulse builds a prospect list for the niche and market you sell into, scores every business on how much an SEO agency has to offer it, and hands your team the ranked result. Start with a free market check for one niche in one Austin-area city.
A ranked list is different from a scraped list
Most agencies in Austin already know how to find local businesses. Pulling a few hundred names off a map is the easy part. The slow part is deciding which of them to call first. A scraped sheet gives you rows; it does not tell you which of those businesses is under-served online.
Tanta Pulse does the sorting step. For the niche and city you choose, it collects the local businesses from public Google listings, removes duplicates, and scores each one against the gaps an agency can actually sell into. Every lead in your list carries the reasons behind its score, so your first message can reference something real about that business.
What the score looks at
Each business gets a 0 to 100 opportunity score built from what is visible on its public listing. The signals that carry the most weight:
No website listed
A business with no website on its listing is the clearest web-build or local SEO opening. It is one of the two heaviest signals in the score.
Reviews against the local median
Review count is compared with the median for that niche and city, so a crowded market still surfaces the businesses that are thin next to their neighbors.
Unclaimed Google profile
If the listing still shows the claim-this-business prompt, the owner has not taken control of it.
Map position beyond 10
Businesses ranking past the first page of map results for the search we ran score higher, because there is more visibility to win.
Rating and a listed phone number add smaller amounts. Businesses are banded high, usable, or low so a rep can start at the top of the list and stop when the leads stop being worth the call.
How a feed works in the Austin area
- Choose a niche and a market. Austin proper, or a surrounding city such as Round Rock or Cedar Park. One niche in one market is one feed.
- Run the free market check. You send us the pair through the form below. We reply with the top 10 businesses we found, each with its score and reasons. There is no card and no call.
- Decide whether a recurring feed is worth it. If it is, a plan turns that market into a feed delivered by email on your cadence. Businesses already sent to you are left out of later deliveries, so you do not pitch the same lead twice.
An example, not a customer story. Say your agency sells Google Business Profile and web work to service companies. You might pick HVAC in Austin for one feed and dentists in Cedar Park for another. They would be scored and ranked separately, because the local median that reviews are measured against is different in each.
Pricing
Starter is $49/mo for one niche and market, Pro is $149/mo, and Agency is $399/mo. Plans are billed month to month. Full details are on the pricing page.
Questions Austin agencies ask
Are these exclusive leads?
No. They come from public Google listings, so other people can see the same businesses. Treat them as researched prospects that are ranked for you, not as leads only you will ever receive.
Will every lead have a phone number and a website?
No. Each lead shows the phone and website from its listing. If a listing has neither, the lead says so rather than hiding the gap, and a missing website is itself one of the signals the score rewards.
Do I have to be in Austin?
No. Tanta Pulse is built around the Austin local SEO market, and feeds are defined by niche and city. If you sell elsewhere, send your market and we will tell you what we can build. There is also a page for local SEO agencies in any city.
Can I look at a specific niche first?
Yes, that is what the free market check is for. See how it looks for HVAC companies or roofing companies, or name your own niche in the form.
